My Approach

I believe in providing a non-judgmental, affirming space where my clients can build insight, challenge unhelpful patterns, and foster self-compassion. At the heart of my approach is the understanding that therapy is a collaborative process, and that you are the expert of your own experience.

I work with my clients to build coping skills to manage distress while at the same time exploring and addressing underlying contributing factors, all through a trauma-informed, client-centered lens. I will support you to challenge or reframe unhelpful beliefs about yourself and the world in order to build insight and improve functioning.

With over 7 years of experience in the field, I support youth and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, the impacts of trauma, family and interpersonal difficulties, and burnout.
